Rex Fithian
Principal
An accomplished leader
with a solid track record managing teams, Rex directs
the sales function at RxSales: building and managing the
company’s network of accredited sales performance
consultants. His contributions to the
company’s business model are the result of his own
successful executive sales career. As VP Sales &
Marketing for The Whitmore Group, Rex had global
responsibility for leading the sales organization,
developing marketing plans, implementing sales plans,
organizing sales teams, and managing multiple sales
channels.
A skilled sales leadership coach, Rex draws on his
proven success in building a consulting practice of his
own (ExSell) to help consultants recognize and reach
their own potential. He is a course designer and faculty
member for the American Management Association (AMA) and
the author of Allied Learning.
