John Stimac
Founder and Principal
John Stimac’s
entrepreneurial approach to business enabled him to
orchestrate the start up of one of the industry’s first
web-based sales assessment and e-learning companies in
1995. An action-oriented problem solver, he
developed content and scoring methodology, leading a
team of outside experts in web-design and programming,
to create the initial RxSales product suite.
Creation of the original RxSales distribution network
was a natural for John, who partnered with other sales
coaches and authors in the early 1990’s to develop and
lead joint venture consulting practices. Early
experience in negotiation and executive sales management
(VP International Sales, MidAmerica Tannery Inc.) and
post graduate studies in adult learning and psychology
provided strong framework for an innovative and
effective business model.
Today, John is responsible for the operational, legal,
and financial management of RxSales.
