My own RxSales experience (The CheckUp for Sales Management
Professionals®) was fun and
easy. It was uncanny how accurate the results were. I identified
with everything. The CheckUp®
confirmed areas that I always felt intuitively were strengths,
and it identified a few areas that could use some improvement
for me to be truly at the top of my game.
This is a great system for managers because it makes measurement
objective rather than subjective. Genuine learning objectives
enable managers to build a growth plan that causes agents to be
responsible for their own growth. Learning can be targeted
specifically to the needs of the group or the individual.
Blended learning is more effective, less expensive and more
engaging for participants. In my opinion, it will help build the
bottom line faster than traditional agent training where
numerous skills are covered, but managers can only hope that
they “take”.
